Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. (3 days minimum at our Whitbread Campus)

What You’ll Do

  • Guide HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders in navigating complex ER cases for optimal business outcomes.
  • Review risks from legal, financial, and public image viewpoints to make solid decisions with HR and Central Functions)
  • Advocate for necessary challenges to legal advice or management decisions, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Skilfully handle Employment Tribunal claims, balancing risks for the best business outcome, and liaising with external legal advisors.
  • Deliver responsive ER solutions nationally within the brand, ensuring effective support.
  • Mentor and Coach HR Advisor.

What We Need

  • ER experience, specifically around T's and C's, Organisational Change OR Transformation, Outsourcing/Off Shoring, TUPE's etc.  
  • Comfortable with ER reporting
  • Confidence in writing ‘simple’ papers which will go to our ExCO and where the reader can translate a lot of information into an understandable way.
  • You’ll need to be able to work alone but also part of a much bigger team.
  • Able to act, drive outcomes and influence at a senior level.
