0-12 months you’ll deliver:
- Thought leadership and identity and access designs and solutions for securing workforce and workload identity and access across our platforms.
- A strategy and roadmap for identity and access management for NewDay platforms incorporating Zero Trust architecture and modern authentication principles, balancing industry standard methodologies with risk appetite
- Close collaboration with our fantastic Architecture, Platform and Engineering teams to deliver practices aligned to the agreed identity and access architecture
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in modern identity and access security architectures and practices on the Microsoft Azure platform in a multi-tenant environment
- In-depth understanding of cloud platform security practices and recognised standards and protocols for authentication, and authorisation
- Applying Microsoft’s cyber security reference architecture and design principles to identity and access for users and workloads
- Comprehensive experience of a DevOps environment and skilled in Agile working practices
- Understands team needs, and develops colleagues through coaching and mentorship
- Able to influence peers to do the right thing – provides convincing and persuasive rationale focusing on risk and “the why”
- Diplomatic, emotionally thoughtful, listens and is open to other points of view
- Able to communicate sophisticated technical topics in straightforward terms to a diverse group of team members
- Challenges conventional thinking and demonstrates a “continuous improvement” demeanour which is building for tomorrow
