Business Analyst Services, Credit Cards & Migration (Day-Rate Contract)

Working at our iconic office in King’s Cross, London, and virtually via Microsoft Teams 

Requirement 

To support one of our key strategic objectives, we are seeking experienced Credit Card Business Analysts to establish the pipeline of work for our Product & Engineering teams building our Core Credit platform.  

You will document existing business processes and capabilities to establish feature backlogs and requirements to be delivered by our core platform Product and Engineering teams. You will capture current-state processes are fully documented and validated with business owners to ensure completeness.  

You will then partner with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams in discovery processes to establish how to deliver cards processes across the NewDay platform, and support teams as they build and test the capabilities.  

You will also consider how our current products will be migrated into the target solution, ensuring migration requirements are also defined.

Deliverables 

• Current-state Business Process Flows and documentation 

• Feature-level Business Requirements, approved by stakeholders 

• Discovery artifacts, including initial Product backlogs to support build and implementation 

• Support Feature testing 

• Data Mapping documentation and requirements for migration as necessary 

What you’ll bring  

We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:   

• Proven track record of Business Analysis in financial services and cards.  

• Credit Cards and Cards industry experience. 

• Core processing systems. 

• Platform Migrations. 

• Cards platforms such as FirstVision and Tsys. 

• Great written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
