About the role
We are looking for a Partnership Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to blend your creative talents with meaningful work. Reporting to a Principal Lawyer, you will craft compelling content that supports our business development objectives and resonates with our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Coordinate and create business development communications for QLD and NT, leveraging your creative skills to produce captivating content.
- Communications Hub: Develop and maintain a communications hub, mapping out delivery with key firm events.
- Compliance and Innovation: Ensure compliance with advertising regulations while identifying innovative ways to enhance partnership communications.
- Performance Analysis: Develop and analyse performance reports, providing insights for ongoing optimisation of communications and digital content
The experience we are looking for
- Creative Expertise: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business development, or a related field, with demonstrable experience in a communications role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Industry Experience: Experience managing business development communications, ideally within the legal industry.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
