About the Role: 

In this part time permanent position as the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, financial oversight, and exceptional client service. You will work closely with various departments, including Legal, Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture, to drive our mission of extending access to justice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Management: Be the go-to person for all operational queries, develop and implement office policies, manage supplies and vendor relationships, and ensure a professional office environment.
• People Leadership: Support onboarding and training, enhance employee well-being, assist with minor employee issues, and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Technical Skills: Utilise data analytics for informed decision-making, understand lawyer and LA workloads, and identify barriers to achieving outcomes.
• Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Oversee the implementation of Health, Safety & Wellbeing programs, provide instruction and supervision, and ensure compliance with policies.

• Proven experience in managing an office or department.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and forward plan.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and representing our values in all interactions.
