Job Description
Establish and build new customer base and support existing customers
Responsibilities
- Promote Harvey Norman Commercial through customer contact
- Finalise quotations and send to clients for approval
- Seek sales and business opportunities for Harvey Norman commercial Division.
- Develop and communicate potential leads to other divisions within Harvey Norman Commercial.
- Establish and build relationships with key business targets and commercial customers.
- Provide a weekly update of business activities to Management
- Attend customer functions on a regular basis
- Be involved with supplier & HNC training
- Punctuality re: commencement of work.
- Communicate internally with other divisions and staff
- Assist customers and other HNC staff with product information & technical advice
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem solving skills
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a busy team environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Team commitment
- Personal and professional presentation
