Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service and technical support for laptops, mobile phones, and other computer peripherals
- Manage book-ins for repair jobs and faulty items, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process returns and faulty products, coordinating repairs, replacements, or credits as needed
- Apply screen protectors and set up computers for customers
- Undertake cashiering and sales duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communication skills and the ability to handle conflict with empathy and understanding
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic technical understanding of computers and related products
- Availability to work public holidays and late-night trade on Thursdays
- Retail experience is desirable
- Availability: Preferably Thursday, Saturday, Sunday.
