The Harvey Norman Midland Computers Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

What you’ll do:

• Develop accurate and current product knowledge in yourself and others and demonstrate it appropriately with customers
• Comply with all standards in customer service and ensure all customers are acknowledged and served in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor sales performance proactively to achieve/exceed budget
• Comply with company policy and procedure in all aspects of customer orders, including ensuring all sales procedures are followed to maximise sales
• Contribute to the maintenance of the store atmosphere in accordance with company standards, including maintaining product and price ticketing
• Communicate and maintain relationships with company stakeholders, including suppliers
• Maintain quality standards and adequate stock levels of merchandise at all times
• Represent the company’s reputation professionally at all times

About you:

• Experience working in a customer-service role, in a related industry (desirable)
• You’re a highly motivated and results-driven individual with outstanding customer service skills
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• You’ll have flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
