We are Seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Sales Manager for Electrical department within one of Australia’s leading retail brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As the Electrical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Electrical department, ensuring sales targets are met, team performance remains strong, and customer service standards consistently exceed expectations. You will work closely with store leadership to deliver strategic growth and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive department performance to achieve sales, profit, and KPI targets
• Manage product merchandising, stock levels, and promotional activity
• Provide expert product knowledge across electrical and home appliance categories
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues when required
• Analyse sales data and implement strategies for continuous improvement

About You

• Proven retail management experience, ideally within electrical or large-format retail
• Be highly motivated to succeed
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• A solid understanding of electrical/home appliance products and trends
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Skilled in coaching teams, driving sales performance, and managing operational processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
