We’re currently seeking a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department in a dynamic dual Customer Service / PA role.
This is a pivotal position within the team, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly. From managing customer enquiries and coordinating service jobs, to supporting leadership with day-to-day administration, you’ll be across all aspects of the operation. Your ability to stay organised, think on your feet, and deliver a high level of service will be key to your success.
About the Role:
• Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Managing and resolving customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinating service bookings, job progress and follow-ups for our customers
• Supporting the Service Department with administrative tasks
• Assisting with scheduling, communications and general PA support to the team
