This role is ideal for someone with administration, customer service or retail office experience who is looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career. Working closely with the Franchisees and retail team within the Harvey Norman Busselton complex, you will assist with a broad range of administrative, payroll, accounts and customer service activities that help keep the business running smoothly.
Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
To be successful you must:
· Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
· Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require:
· Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
· To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
· Previous administration, accounts, customer service or retail office experience would be highly regarded
· Demonstrated ability to support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
· Assist with day-to-day administration activities including accounts processing, payroll support, banking, reporting, recruitment administration and customer service functions.
· Willingness to learn new systems and processes
· Competent computer skills with intermediate knowledge in Excel and Word
· Willingness to learn new systems and processes
· Have the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
