About the Role 

The Sales Consultant will work in collaboration with Village Managers, Marketing, Finance and Property departments to maximise occupancy rates across our Retirement Living portfolio and provide an outstanding service to prospective residents. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):  

  • Ensuring occupancy targets and/or pre-sales targets are met. 

  • Contributing to the delivery of the sales budget for new units or resales, by organising and managing sales activities.  

  • Communicating and networking with local regions to represent the villages to potential residents.  

  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by providing accurate information in response to customer enquiries or interviews within a timely manner.  

 

About You 

For this role, we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a mix of the following experience and attributes:  

  • Demonstrated success in a sales role.  

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.  

  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.  

  • Working experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other sales CRMs
