We seek a Retail Store Leader who creates innovative ideas, builds strong connections and has a preference and passion to work with an international brand.

About the Role:

As our Store Manager, your role involves overseeing our Lindt Chocolate Shop which retails a large range of Lindt Chocolate including take away chocolate drinks, coffee and ice cream.

Lead the store's performance, fostering a supportive team environment, achieve sales and manage expenses to deliver profitability, guiding and coaching our ambassadors to deliver on brand expectations, and managing day-to-day operations. This includes multitasking between customers, inventory management, visual merchandising, preparing drinks and ice cream all with an exceptional customer centric approach.

We're looking for a proactive leader who motivates their team and delivers an unparalleled customer experience, reinforcing our brand whilst adhering to local compliance in food handling, health and safety.

What we would like you to bring:

• Previous experience in a Store Manager role in a fast-paced QSR, Retail or hospitality environment
• Experienced knowledge in work force planning from recruitment to preparing rosters, achieving labour budgets for a store team of approx. 15 employees, with 3 to 5 team members working together daily
• Competent working autonomously, proactively reporting into your manager based in another country
• An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales through your charismatic and positive personality that is infectious with your team leadership
• Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines with a calm and consistent approach in a demanding environment
• Strong rapport building abilities to lead and coach a team
• Understanding of quality assurance and competent in Food Safety Standards 
• Previous barista experience will set you up for success
• Previous retail experience in inventory management, stocktake, visual merchandising and store presentation principles highly regarded
