About the role:

We’re on the hunt for a Campaign Response & Implementation Coordinator to join our Studio team based in Perth.The purpose of the Campaign Response & Implementation Coordinator is to work with the Campaign Ideas Manager and Head of Studio to interpret briefs, develop creative solutions, brief in content and promotions teams and implement sold activity.  The role is designed to successfully oversee a campaign idea from conception to execution, supporting the Campaign Ideas Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the Studio Team and Account Managers, supporting the team responding to briefs from direct clients and agency partners in market
  • Support The Studio and Sales teams in the development of campaign ideation, responses, and implementation
  • Work under the direction of the Campaign Ideas Manager (CIM) and Head of Studio to establish the detail required to pitch ideas, knowing that it is important for us to be able to deliver what we pitch
  • Support the Campaign Ideas Manager and Head of Studio to deliver details to contribute to ideation and pitch process
  • Work with the Studio Graphic Designer and CIM/HOS to develop pitch, campaign and events collateral
  • Research pricing, approvals, logistics, talent costing and other such details that allow for concepted ideas to be able to be delivered
  • Work with Campaign Creative resources (i.e. designers, video producers, writers, commercial producers) to develop assets that enhance the pitch process, or deliver materials for sold campaign ideas
  • Where relevant, collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Co-ordinators to assist in the set up for the presentation (pitch)
  • Lead the implementation of the majority of sold campaigns, including but not limited to: client liaison, coordinate implementation communications with all stakeholders, site checks, event bump in/out, event management, prize procurement, prize allocation, terms & conditions, talent fee payments, talent management, run sheets, etc.
  • Manage activation staff and be prepared for events that occur outside of regular business hours where you will be expected to be onsite
  • Responsible for the contribution to development of Post Campaign Reports relating to work produced by ‘The Studio’, with the assistance and collaboration of the other members of ‘The Studio’ Leadership team  
  • Participate in regular on-site and off-site sessions relating to the function of the local Studio team
  • Responsible for the Studio team / client event coordination and associated administrative duties
  • Responsible for the management of all aspects related to the physical space known as ‘The Studio’ within the SCA Perth premises
  • Responsible for all financial aspects related to this role within the Studio team
  • Administration assistance to the Studio team when required
