We’re on the hunt for a General Sales Manager to join our Media Sales team based in the Gold Coast!

What you’ll be doing:

As our newest General Sales Manager, you will take the helm of our high-octane sales team, spearheading the creation of high impact advertising solutions tailored for the Gold Coast's vibrant business landscape across SCA's expansive media platforms.

In this pivotal leadership capacity, you'll wield influence by providing a compelling vision, expert coaching, and mentorship to unlock the full potential of our high performing Gold Coast team.

Your strategic acumen will drive SCA's dominance as the premier media advertiser in the market.

This opportunity is tailor-made for an ambitious, inspirational leader with a proven track record in sales, hungry for a fresh challenge!

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record in leading a dynamic and high-achieving sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies within a B2B environment, driving commercial growth.
  • Possess qualities of commitment, resilience, and confidence, coupled with exceptional communication skills that captivate audiences.
  • Extensive experience in fostering relationships with local businesses, coupled with a genuine passion for community engagement.
  • Innate creative flair and a knack for thinking outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
  • Hold an unrestricted driver’s license and possess comprehensive local knowledge of the Gold Coast region.
  • Enthusiastic about Radio, Podcasting, and Digital Media, with a genuine love for these mediums!
