About the role:
We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Broome! You will join a high-performing and collaborative team that works hard and fast to grow and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence buy-in. With access to SCA's product suite, including; LiSTNR, SoundCloud, the Hit and Triple M networks, you will ensure that you leverage all possible revenue opportunities to meet your monthly targets. 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring presentations to client specific needs and a pro-active approach to maximising revenue through customer focused selling.
  • Proactively prospect and search for new clients and business opportunities.
  • To consistently achieve and exceed sales and market share targets within the allocated portfolio of clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts of achievement to budgets and goals.
  • Maintain and grow client portfolio within Independent Agencies and Direct businesses.
  • Pro-actively maximise revenue opportunities through identifying clients marketing challenges and working with internal resources to provide solutions.
  • Pro-actively identify and establish clear goals and plans for key and target accounts in line with the Customer Focused Selling service principles of account list management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Continually and pro-actively develop knowledge and expertise of the Southern Cross Austereo products and industries, including marketing expertise, business knowledge, researching tools and techniques, and the competitive environment.
  • Develop and maintain a system for organising priorities and activities to ensure effective implementation of plans to achieve revenue goals.
Experience we’re looking for:
  • 2-3 years of B2B selling experience with consistent and proven results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable and skilled in cold calling new business prospects via phone, email and social media
  • A strong understanding of the media market is desirable but not essential
  • The ability and desire to generate a client list from scratch 
  • A desire to build strong relationships with clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Genuinely passionate about the media industry and a love for all things sales
