We’re on the hunt for a Digital Sales Coordinator to join our Digital Sales Team in Brisbane. This role will ensure the smooth running of the Digital Streaming Sales & Operations Department by providing full support for Account Managers and Sales Managers by providing high levels of internal and external client satisfaction, to maximise digital revenue through agencies & programmatic trading desks.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to the National Digital Sales & Operation team in an effective, detailed and timely manner
  • Maximise digital revenue across all SCA products including digital audio (InStream, SoundCloud & Catch Up Radio), social media, video & display
  • Deliver a high level of client satisfaction through providing prompt, customer focused and professional responses to enquiries and requests, especially questions from clients and with client requirements (i.e. bookings, material, rates, and research)
  • Collaborate with sales & studio teams to implement multi-platform advertising solutions and post campaign reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internally and external clients
  • Proactively provide support and embrace joint responsibility with the Digital team for client activity and internal reporting activity
  • Ensure collaboration with other members of the wider digital teams
  • To be a key point of contact in the absence of the Digital Account Manager to ensure the needs of our clients, agencies & programmatic trading desks are met in a customer focused manner

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindset
  • Experience in managing client databases, and research programs
