We’re on the hunt for an AdTech Consultant to join our Data & Analytics team based in Sydney.

The AdTech Consultant is responsible for providing critical insights and strategic direction for the setup and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights to external advertisers, ensuring that their campaigns achieve optimal performance and meet business objectives.

By providing expert recommendations on campaign structure, optimisation strategies, and performance metrics, the AdTech Consultant will play a crucial role in driving successful marketing outcomes. Additionally, the consultant ensures clear communication of insights, trends, and opportunities, bridging the gap between data and business strategy.

You’ll report to the Head of Data and Analytics, but you’ll work exclusively with the digital sales teams throughout the sales process with client-facing accountabilities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse campaign performance data, audience behavior, and market trends to generate detailed reports and actionable insights for external advertisers, optimising campaign outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal digital sales teams to align campaign strategies with client goals, providing expert guidance on audience targeting, creative optimisation, and performance metrics.
  • Regularly engage with external advertisers, presenting insights, reports, and optimisation recommendations to improve campaign performance and maximise ROI.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement, including refining targeting, adjusting bidding strategies, and enhancing creative execution based on data analysis.
  • Act as a bridge between the Data and Analytics team and the sales teams, ensuring insights are effectively translated into strategic decisions that drive campaign success.

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Digital Audio and Media Platforms: Proven background in working with digital audio platforms, radio, podcasting, or music streaming services, including familiarity with content management and audience engagement strategies.
  • Data Analytics and Audience Targeting: Strong experience in using data analytics to identify audience segments and provide insights for targeted advertising campaigns, with a focus on audio-based content.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Demonstrated ability to work with internal teams, such as sales, and external advertisers, ensuring effective communication of insights, campaign performance, and strategies.
