About the role:

Join our dynamic Sales Team in Mildura as an Account Manager! As our newest Account Manager, you will join a high-performing and collaborative team that works hard and fast to grow and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence buy-in. With access to SCA's impressive product suite, which includes LiSTNR, Hit, and Triple M Networks, your role will involve maximizing revenue opportunities to meet monthly targets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive revenue growth through prospecting, developing and managing a client portfolio right across Mildura 
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts to meet budget and goal expectations.
  • Identify and address clients' marketing challenges, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Establish clear goals and strategic plans for key accounts, aligning with our Customer Focused Selling principles.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of Southern Cross Austereo products, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to better serve clients.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure successful implementation of strategies that achieve revenue objectives.

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence.  
  • Experience determining client’s needs and designing tailored solutions (ideally, within the media or advertising industry).   
  • Strong negotiation skills and able to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business. 
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to engage and influence target audience.  
  • Strong drive and ambition, capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively.  
  • 2-3 years of business to business selling experience with consistent and proven results. 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in new business development with consistent and proven results.
