About the role:
We’re looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our Triple M/Hit/LiSTNR team based in Melbourne. You will be the face of Southern Cross Austereo, being the first point of contact for all guests and external enquiries delivering a pleasant experience whilst providing support to the Administration team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answer all incoming calls within three rings and with a sincere and friendly voice
- Arrange local, interstate and overseas couriers
- Ensure the reception and mailroom areas remains tidy and clear of all items including boxes and deliveries at all times.
- Sort internal and external mail and distribute accordingly, prepare mail for dispatch
- Always keep staff contact lists and the switchboard up to date with current information
- Assist staff as requested and when possible with administrative duties (remembering the onsite guests at reception and external phone lines are the first priority).
- Work with Promotions teams to send out prizing keeping all data up to date. Ensure all tickets and other prizes at reception are locked for security reasons at the end of each workday
- Send out the staff e-newsletter, Daily Dose three times a week
- Input administration/office receipts into SAP
- Assist the Office Manager as required
Experience we’re looking for:
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent front desk presentation and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of SAP accounts system (desirable)
