About the Team 
We're looking for someone to join our high performing Audio Operations team in Melbourne. This team is responsible for building and improving the systems and workflows that support the production, distribution, and commercialisation of digital audio content across LiSTNR. It's a collaborative environment, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and supporting content teams across the business.

A day in the life?
As an Operations Executive at LiSTNR, you’ll be hands-on across podcasts, radio, streaming, and live sports—helping manage the systems and workflows that bring our audio content to life. Your day could involve updating content in Smartsheets, supporting live streams, or working with the team to ensure smooth distribution across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Ops Managers, contribute to reporting, and grow your knowledge across tech, editorial, and distribution. It’s a fast-paced, team-focused role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Need

• High level of attention to detail and effective communications skills  
• The ability to communicate and engage effectively and professionally with senior internal and external stakeholders 
• High levels of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively anticipate roadblocks and solutions, negotiating a win/win solution.  
• Willingness and ability to learn new business software applications. 
• Knowledge and passion for the digital audio/podcast industry.
