The role

In this role, you're the friendly face behind the scenes making sure bookings at Sydney Olympic Park run smoothly—from sports venues to educational spaces. You’ll be handling inquiries, coordinating logistics, and helping clients get the most out of their experience, all while keeping an eye on opportunities to boost revenue. It’s about creating seamless, high-quality interactions that leave a lasting impression.

You’ll be working across a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts, juggling multiple stakeholders and venues. The challenge is keeping everything organised and responsive, while also improving systems and processes to make things even better. If you enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and delivering great service, this role puts you right at the heart of the action.

What you will bring to the role

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with customers and team members. 
  • Strong computer skills and experience utilising an electronic booking systems
  • Experience with invoice processing is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations. 
  • Solid time management and organizational skills to priorities tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. 
  • High level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands. 
  • Outstanding customer engagement skills, fostering strong relationships
  • Flourishes in dynamic environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to effectively navigate change. 

What is an essential requirement:

•            Proven experience in bookings, sales, administration and events and/or knowledge and experience in the selling of events and spaces.
