  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 + super

The role
Are you ready to lead and deliver land and property projects that make a real impact? In this role, you’ll plan and manage the building asset lifecycle through capital works, repairs, and compliance activities across diverse sites, while navigating technical and contractual challenges with confidence. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with NSW Government property policy.

This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your expertise in asset management, procurement, and contract oversight. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving issues, improving processes, and driving outcomes that enhance the user experience across our property portfolio.

What you will bring to the role:
You’re a self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills and a knack for navigating complex and technical property landscapes. Your experience in asset planning and management is matched by your ability to apply project and development management principles effectively. You’re confident in optimising works programs, monitoring performance, and mitigating risks, all while keeping communication clear and structured.

You bring a solid understanding of asset lifecycle planning, facilities management, and compliance frameworks. Your ability to interpret and apply Australian Standards, WHS legislation, and government procurement policies ensures you can deliver safe, efficient, and value-driven outcomes. You’re also adept at using business data to inform decisions, solve problems, and continuously improve service delivery.


What is an essential requirement:

  • Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline such as building, construction, engineering or architecture and/or project management certification like PMBOK, PRINCE2 or equivalent
  • Current Australian driver’s license and ability to travel to and attend work at any site within the GSP portfolio.
