Our Business & Industry De-Carbonisation team (BID) is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Coordination and Planning Officer to lead divisional operational planning and continuous improvement. This role provides support for strategic planning and finance, managing Parliamentary requests, and ensuring high-quality service to the Office of the Executive Director.
About The Role
The role drives divisional performance by leading workforce and operational planning, managing the Operations team, and ensuring timely responses to key initiatives. It identifies and addresses emerging issues and risks, develops performance measures, and strengthens collaboration across the Division and ECCS group to improve processes, consistency, and the customer experience.
About You
You will have a strong background in operational and strategic planning, workforce management, and performance reporting. With extensive experience running fast-paced, high-volume offices, you bring expertise in HR and recruitment, along with proven ability to prepare high-quality written material and responses to Ministerial and Parliamentary requests.
Your highly collaborative and outcomes-focused approach will ensure you excel at managing priorities, addressing emerging issues, and driving continuous improvement to support divisional objectives.
