As an Integration and Automation Specialist, you’ll lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation and integration solutions that connect enterprise platforms, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll work across multidisciplinary teams, applying your expertise in technologies like RPA, Power Automate, and Salesforce to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver integration and automation solutions across enterprise systems.
  • Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Promote innovation and build automation capability across the organisation.

 

About You

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in system integration and automation, including the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. They will possess strong knowledge of API management, data flows, and enterprise platforms, enabling seamless connectivity and operational efficiency. With the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and regulatory frameworks, they will demonstrate a commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering public value.

 

Essential requirements 

  • Certification or training in RPA & Integration tools or a relevant professional qualification.
