As the Manager, Applications, Platforms and Support, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of support and platform administrators to manage and oversee operational needs of bespoke and platform solutions using low-code technologies like Salesforce, Powerapps and others. You’ll oversee the operational management, drive continuous improvement, and ensure governance and compliance across systems and vendor relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the operational management and optimisation of business applications to ensure reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee vendor performance and service delivery to meet agreed SLAs and align with organisational priorities.
  • Strengthen governance, quality assurance, and cyber security controls to maintain operational integrity and resilience.
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and build a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. 

 

About You

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in IT application and platform management, with deep expertise in low-code technologies and service delivery frameworks. They will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, underpinned by a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and delivering public value. 

Essential requirements 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or relevant experience in the governance and management of Information Technology applications in a complex environment.
