Are you passionate about driving meaningful change through data analytics and digital transformation? As a Change Analyst, you’ll support the NSW Biodiversity Offsets Scheme (BOS) Digital Transformation Program team by analysing and managing change data, developing insights, and guiding evidence-based decision-making. You’ll collaborate across teams and with stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are informed, inclusive, and impactful.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in change management, data analytics, or information management. You will have strong skills in data analysis, statistical techniques, and visualisation tools, as well as the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
We are looking for somebody with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with commitment to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You'll Do
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key groups, understand their needs, and tailor engagement strategies
- Perform change impact assessments to evaluate how proposed changes affect people, processes, and systems
- Lead training needs analysis to ensure teams are equipped with the right skills and knowledge
- Deliver readiness assessments to measure organisational preparedness and support smooth transitions
- Translate complex data into actionable insights using analytics and visualisation tools
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support change planning, implementation, and evaluation
Essential Requirements
Relevant experience in managing change, data analytics, statistics, information management or another relevant discipline.
