Join DCCEEW—a department at the forefront of climate action, environmental protection, and water management—as a Senior IT Change Analyst and help shape the way we deliver digital transformation across the organisation.
As a Senior IT Change Analyst, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of IT change management initiatives that ensure smooth transitions, minimal disruption, and maximum stakeholder engagement. You’ll work across diverse teams to embed change, build readiness, and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement structured change management strategies for IT projects
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training initiatives
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and senior leaders
- Evaluate change effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Apply frameworks like ADKAR and Kotter to guide successful change delivery
About You
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in IT change management within complex environments, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. They will be well-versed in change management methodologies and tools, with the ability to lead effective and sustainable change initiatives across the organisation.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
