- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464 - $142,665 + 12% super

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated IT Service Performance Manager to lead the way in managing and improving IT service delivery across our department. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a role that blends strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and management of IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT Service Catalogue aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using performance insights and data analytics.
- Champion transparency, accountability, and service excellence across the IT function.
About You
You’re a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong grasp of IT service management frameworks and performance measurement tools. You bring experience in managing vendor relationships and service contracts, coupled with a collaborative mindset that enables you to influence and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your commitment to continuous improvement and delivering customer-focused outcomes ensures you consistently drive service excellence and innovation.
