  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $115,853 to $130,547 + super

We are excited to announce this opportunity within our Planning, Land Use Strategy, Housing & Infrastructure (PLUSHI) division. 

 

The role

Our Planning Officers assist with the implementation of specific planning projects with a focus on planning delivery and collaboration including with local councils, agencies and other key stakeholders in line with relevant Government and Department policies and objectives.                                                          

You will undertake planning tasks and allocated projects relating to housing initiatives, planning programs, research and analysis, collation and management of data and information to identify issues and suggest a range of options and solutions to support the delivery of state, regional and local planning objectives.

You will bring demonstrated knowledge of relevant planning and environmental legislation and processes and tertiary degree qualification in planning or other equivalent qualification, a willingness to travel and Class C Driver’s Licence (for regional positions) essential.
