The role
If you are ready to lead from the front and shape how NSW delivers digital experiences, this is your opportunity. As a Principal Digital Technical Solution Developer, you will drive complex, high-impact projects — designing and building platforms that bring innovation, accessibility, and performance together. You will guide development teams, set technical direction, and use your expertise across Drupal, PHP, and modern front-end frameworks like React to deliver solutions that make a real difference.
You’ll take ownership of technical direction, mentor developers, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions. With experience managing Acquia hosting environments, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and developing and supporting AI-driven solutions in Azure or Google Cloud, you’ll bring a balance of creativity and precision to every challenge. Your ability to design robust architectures, manage competing priorities, and find smarter ways to solve complex problems will ensure our digital platforms stay future-ready.
