About the role
The Solutions Analyst is responsible for shaping and delivering technology solutions that align with enterprise architecture and meet evolving business needs. This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, implementing ICT solutions, and ensuring their sustainability through ongoing support and maintenance.
The position contributes to digital transformation initiatives and supports continuous improvement of web and digital platforms in a dynamic technology environment, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver effective, user-focused solutions. About you
You are a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on designing and delivering smart, scalable solutions. You understand how to bridge business needs with technical systems and enjoy working across cloud platforms, web technologies, and agile environments to drive digital transformation.
- Web development, User Experience (UX) skills highly regarded.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ICT solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Apply Agile and SDLC methodologies to manage solution delivery and lifecycle.
- Work with Azure or AWS cloud environments, focusing on automation and scalability.
- Contribute to web development and enhance user experience across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate and integrate technical solutions.
- Monitor and maintain ICT systems to ensure long-term sustainability and performance.
- Use data analysis and critical thinking to identify improvements and resolve technical issues.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- Experience implementing technical solutions in a cloud environment (e.g. Azure, AWS), with a focus on automation, scalability, serviceability, and user experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, business analysis, project management, system and data relationships and service delivery models.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in an ICT discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
- National Criminal Records Check.
