Senior Distribution Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing sales administration and support, including but not limited to handling the process of sales compensation and related operation, supporting administration & documentation of debt collection process, and preparing sales management reports to facilitate sales management and decision. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing support to various projects as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Studies, Finance or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, of which 1 year experience gained from Life Insurance industry, preferably focusing in sales administration
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills
  • Conversant with Access, Excel, and SQL tools
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
