Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to agency channel, including but not limited to assisting to handle agency enquiries, supporting arrangement of agency licensing and onboarding logistics, as well as assisting in various projects and assignments.
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder, preferably in in Business Studies or relevant disciplines
• 3 years or above relevant experience in life insurance industry.
• Self-motivated, attention to details and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent customer services and communication skills
• Good mastery of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, knowledge of Chinese word processing is critical
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
