Job Responsibilities:

 

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and as a member of the Management Committee, the job incumbent is expected to devise overall HR strategy in alignment with the Company’s business direction and the Group’s   HR direction.  Leading a team of 25 plus, he/she is expected to provide best-in-class HR, learning and development and office administration services to internal customers in collaboration with external business partners. At the same time, he/she is also acting as the Secretary of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee responsible for upkeeping the directors of the HR strategy, trend and development of the company.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 20 years HR experience preferably gained in insurance/banking sectors
  • Directive with strategic mindset together with business acumen
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complicated staff issues
  • Demonstrated record of translating conceptual management direction into HR strategic actions  
  • Well-adapted to fast paced working environment with passionate working attitude
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure in handling board matters
  • Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
