Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for delivering quality customer services including but not limited to handling daily operation of CS center, handling enquiries / complaints / feedback of customers, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above (holding professional insurance qualification such as IIQE, FLMI is definitely an advantage)
- 3 years working experience in life insurance with solid customer relationship management experience
- Preferably with CS center working experience
- Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime
- Positive, attentive to details and good organizing skills
- Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
