Administration Officer (1 Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be providing all-rounded support in general office administration including office inventory management, procurement, billing, repair and maintenance, reports preparation, facilities management and fixed assets control, etc.

 

Job Requirements:

·    Diploma or above in facility management/property management or equivalent

·    Minimum 3 years experience in office administrative support/facility management/property management

·    Organized and be able to work independently

·    Good sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills

·    Flexible mindset to accept different challenges

·    Demonstrated agility to learn and grow

·    Willing to work under pressure and is adapted to working with deadlines

·    Conversant in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing

·    Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
