Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for driving broker channel sales volume through providing sales support to existing institutional partners on life insurance products, developing and promoting new insurance product.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI or CFP).
• Minimum 3 years business development experience with focus on life insurance products. Candidate with broker channel management experience is preferable.
• Excellent sales drive to achieve optimal results and yet able to maintain business ethics
• Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
• Highly adaptable to changes with flexible and positive working attitude
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
