The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the management in supporting Product Control, Capital management and Treasury Management in Financial Management Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform review and analysis of investment valuation for product control function
• Work closely with Investment Department and BOC Group Product Control Division for investment valuation matters including but not limited to Private Equity and Private Debt
• Responsible for Capital Management, shareholder dividend distribution proposal and payment process
• Participate in sub-loan application and arrangement
• Provide treasury management of idle cash with recommendations according to changes of the businesses and market situation and working closely with Investment, Accounting and Asset Liability Management Department to improve the yield
• Work with Risk Management Department on Liquidity Risk Contingency Plan

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• Qualified Accountant, HKICPA or equivalent
• At least 7 years’ experience in financial reporting for financial institutions such as life insurance, bank with knowledge in HKFRS 9
• Big 4 candidates on auditing or advisory for life insurance with knowledge in HKFRS 9 and investment accounting will also be considered
• Highly adaptable to changes with flexible and positive working attitude
• Proficient in using MS applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Willing to write Chinese
• A dynamic team player, with excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Financial Management Manager.
