Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve insurance company operational efficiency:

• Work with various user departments to identify and optimize business processes suitable for automation. 
• Maintain and upgrade existing RPA systems to ensure their stability and efficiency. 
• Provide technical support and training to help team members master RPA tools and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Studies, Information System or relevant disciplines
• 3 years or above experience in the RPA
• With RPA-related certification (e.g. UiPath or Blue Prism) is preferred
• Familiar with programming languages (such as Python, C# or Java) and database management experience is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with multi-tasking skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
