The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the manger in supporting Procurement Management in Financial Management Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to perform due diligence on procurement reports (material amount) submitted to Centralized Procurement Committee for review
• Assist to organize procurement meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Assist to obtain monthly procurement reports from departments and perform sample checking according to policy
• Support on Group's ad hoc compliance review
• Support vendor management
• Assist to perform annual review of procurement related policies
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Professional qualifications of CIPS and/or CPSM will be an advantage Professional qualifications of CIPS and/or CPSM will be an advantage Professional qualifications of CIPS and/or CPSM will be an advantageProfessional qualifications of CPA/CMA/CIMA will be an advantage
• 5 years of working experience in financial institution with procurement & cost control experience preferable
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure with multiple tasks
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
