The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaign to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution skills to create and implement co-marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement special customer reward programs, including reward plans, process planning, gift procurement, promotional material development, customer notification letters, quota management and customer service QA communication.
- Organize various physical events to increase customer touchpoints, including sales channel activities such as roadshows and various exhibitions.
- Produce effective and impactful promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, sales materials, videos, soft copy, flyers, etc. for direct customer use, as well as roadshow promotional materials for sales channels, and develop efficient sales tools and resources.
- Understand the company's existing products and promotional activities and recommend promotional activities that align with the company's marketing strategy.
- Ensure consistency of the company's external identity and complete all tasks assigned by the department head.
- Comply with local laws, regulations and codes of various regulatory agencies, company policies, relevant risk management policies and procedures, and relevant rules and regulations. Identify and control potential or existing risks in the workplace, report them promptly to superiors and relevant departments, and formulate and follow up on corrective measures accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, business development or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing partnerships.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decision.
