We are seeking a dynamic professional to contribute to our digital platform innovation initiatives. This role will play a pivotal position in driving the execution of our digital transformation roadmap while aligning with organizational vision. Successful candidates will receive a 6-month contract with clear pathway for extension based on performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle by translating stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories and prioritized IT backlogs
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as primary liaison between business units and technical teams during project implementation phases
• Quality Assurance: Design comprehensive test strategies and oversee UAT processes to ensure platform reliability
• Operational Excellence: Support daily digital platform maintenance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution
• Innovation Leadership: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and emerging technology research

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in digital product management (web/app) with proven track record in CX strategy implementation
• Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience testing Android/iOS platforms; proficiency in CMS operations (WordPress/Sitecore preferred)
• Agile/Scrum certification holders or equivalent practical experience in iterative development methodologies (e.g. Waterfall)
• Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian tools suite (Jira/Confluence) for project documentation and workflow management
• Familiarity with financial services industry, particularly insurance sector technology solutions

• Cross-departmental project collaboration and implementation experience
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical specifications into business value propositions
