Job Responsibilities:
This incumbent will be implementing a strategic transformation program by leading a special task force under life insurance operation aiming to improve the operation efficiency in supporting the future growth of the company. The incumbent will be reasonable for :-
- working with the management team on developing, implementing, and monitoring operation transformation project aligned with the company long term strategy.
- driving cross-functional collaboration across the departments to achieve project objective and address challenges.
- leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- conducting analysis on systems and processes, gathering and documenting the requirements for improvement areas.
- developing testing strategy, and performing User Acceptance Test.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Business Studies, Information System, Insurance or relevant disciplines
- 7 years or above working experience in underwriting/claims/policy administration or system testing (UAT) with transformational project experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency in using SQL and MS Visio will be an advantage
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager position.
