As a Service Centre Ambassador, you will be the vital human link between our visitors, financial professionals and corporate partners. You will focus on relationship building, hospitality and emotional support. You will guide guests through their visits and will facilitate important family conversations about healthy aging and gain a holistic understanding of our visitors’ needs through genuine, face-to-face dialogues.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, premium concierge experience for all walk-in guests and scheduled families.
- Introduce visitors to our specialized partner services, illustrating how early proactive planning protects both health and family harmony.
- Serve as the central on-site liaison, managing daily scheduling, logistics and communications between distribution networks, corporate specialists and internal corporate departments.
- Visitor’s Engagement: Engage in-depth, meaningful conversations to understand the unique lifestyles and family stories of our visitors, looking past standard corporate metrics.
- Manage the visitor’s journey, ensuring smooth transitions through assessment zones, build warm rapport and absolute comfort while coordinating with on-site corporate consultants.
- Take immediate ownership of on-site logistical issues, schedule disruptions, or service complaints, resolving them calmly to safeguard the guest experience.
- Conduct post-visit reflections with families to evaluate their experience, capturing valuable qualitative feedback to refine the ecosystem service. Facilitate "next action" family discussions, and seamlessly bridge connections back to their sales intermediate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
- With at least 8 years related work experience in business development, partnership management, or project management within the insurance, healthcare, elderly care and adult children navigating family care.
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with the "Young Old" (active seniors) and their caregivers.
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are required to effectively manage cross-border stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage expectations across diverse groups (clients, business partners, and corporate staff) and handle live operational issues under pressure.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, airline cabin crew service, retail operations management, or eldercare coordination would be an advantage.
