Job Responsibilities:

This incumbent will be implementing strategic transformation program as core team member in the special task force under life insurance operation aiming to improve the operation efficiency in supporting the future growth of the company.  The incumbent will be reasonable for :

• working with the team lead on developing, implementing, and monitoring operation transformation project aligned with the company long term strategy.
• driving cross-functional collaboration across the departments to achieve project objective and address challenges.
• leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• conducting analysis on systems and processes, gathering and documenting the requirements for improvement areas.
• developing testing strategy, and performing User Acceptance Test.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Studies, Information System, Insurance or relevant disciplines
• 5 years or above working experience in underwriting/claims/policy administration or system testing (UAT) with transformational project experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency in using SQL and MS Visio will be an advantage
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
