You’ll be reporting to Head of Digital Innovation & Data Management as the HCD COE to drive user-centered experience design of digital projects across teams, and act as the domain expert of conducting VOC and VOD to clearly define the issues to set a clearer context and problem statement of each project. You’ll be an important part to enhance the value and effectiveness of the transformation efforts of the entire corporate.

What you will do:

• Act as a professional facilitator to conduct interviews with customers, stakeholders, intermediates to understand their pain-points, identify the underlying issues, and clearly define the problem statement
• Act as an internal advisor to facilitate project teams to formulate end-to-end user-centered experience to provide a complete solution to the defined problem statement
• Create user stories, mock-up screens and flow diagram to illustrate the before and after CX to get alignment with stakeholders
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Who you are:

• A seasoned CX design lead, with 7+ years of experience in user research and UXUI design of digital programs
• Passionate about talking to people to uncover the truth beyond the obvious
• An excellent communicator and storyteller who could highlight the key ascent of the issues in a precise and resonating manner
• Bachelor degree holder or above in Information Technology, Interaction Design, Business Information System, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• Familiar with various design tools including Invision, Axuro, Omni Gaffle, Google Analytics, Mix Panel, Adobe, Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch is highly desirable
• Knowledge about HTML/CSS and app development will be an advantage
• Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
