Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop a small team in providing life claims services in a professional and effective manner
• Manage complex claims investigations and settlements within delegated authority limits
• Review policy coverage and assess claims validity according to terms and conditions
• Drive various initiatives in alignment with Company's strategic development for excellent customer experience and operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI or ICA)
• 12 years of relevant working experience in life claims (at least 5 years at supervisory level)
• Strong sense of time management to comply with service benchmark
• Good knowledge of medical aspects
• Good communication skills with customer-centric mindset
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
• Well-adapted to fast-paced working environment with passionate working attitude
• Highly adaptable to changes and unprecedented challenges
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent communication abilities in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager level.
