Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring ESG strategic plan
- Provide recommendation and strategic plan to the Management in responding to the change of ESG market and industry trend
- Act as a project manager in managing and implementing ESG strategic projects, and liaising with other business units
- Conduct ESG research for enhancing the Bank’s influence in the market
Requirements:
- University graduate major in Economics / Finance / Banking
- 5 years or above solid experience in Banking Planning and Strategy / Corporate Banking
- Good communication and analytical skill, self-initiative, able to work under pressure
- Good banking business sense with strong entrepreneurial mind
- Well-versed with Office applications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent Chinese and English writing skill
- Experience in business planning / ESG research is preferred
