Responsibilities:
- Make development plans for transaction banking and RMB business, promote implementation of related work, and conduct work summaries and reports.
- Study the market. Monthly learn about the market trend, the update of regulatory, and client requirements on banking service, particularly on RMB business.
- Monitor the performance of the bank-wide RMB products, conduct post-evaluation, create report and update to supervisors in a monthly basis.
- Work for the implementation of the projects assigned to. Coordinate to peer departments & branches to understand, monitor, and update the progress of the project in a timely manner. Call on meetings as needed and created meeting minutes.
- Bridge the sales team and product management team.
- Cross-department coordination on bank-wide projects handled by the Division, particularly on RMB business. Trouble-shoot on project with the guidance from supervisors.
- Achieve the key targets set by department and the bank. Finish the tasks assigned by the Division Head.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder.
- 3 years or above work experience in banking industry is preferred.
- Sufficient Exposure in corporate banking, particularly trade/cash management/payment & collection/clearing/money market (any).
- Experience on cross-team project management is preferred.
- Experience on e-Wallet/e-Commerce industry is preferred.
- Experience on Southeast Asia market preferred.
